Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, C.S.M.C.

Offered by Girls Gone Strong, the CSMC is considered the world’s most comprehensive, evidence-based and most trusted menopause certification, informed by many years of combined practical and clinical experience from world-class PhDs, pelvic health & pelvic floor physical therapists, OB/GYNs, registered dietitians, nutrition coaches, psychologists, university researchers, health coaches, wellness coaches, and personal trainers.


Certified Personal Trainer

Accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (“NCCA”), ISSA certifications are recognized worldwide by over 10,000 gym and fitness employers in 174+ countries. The CPT program includes evidence-based education on motivation and behavior change, the body’s muscle and skeletal structure, assessing and building custom training programs, preventing pain / injury, creating customized workouts tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals with a focus on overall wellness.


Certified Nutrition Coach

ISSA’s Nutrition Coach certification teaches the evidence-based science of food intake and the mental aspects involved in behavior change. Coaches learn the science behind using food as fuel and the psychological strategies behind food selection and habits to enable coaches to create personalized nutrition programs and ensure client success. Nutrition coaches develop a mastery of macro and micronutrients, assessment and goal-setting, supplements, dietary guidelines and application, diet myths and trends, and how to safely and effectively provide nutrition coaching.
