How is TSP different from other fitness apps?

We are the only app led by a Certified Menopause Health Coach Specialist that combines menopause-specific fitness + nutrition + menopause education in one complete program designed specifically for women 45-65 who are navigating hormone changes.

Other programs aren’t designed for menopause. Our program is built specifically to overcome slower metabolism, muscle loss, Meno-belly fat gain, joint pain and fatigue through a combination of exercise and nutrition strategies plus education and empowerment.

Absolutely. Our programs are designed to work for beginners all the way to advanced, with personalized program selection so we can meet you where you are today in your fitness and nutrition journey and stay by your side as you get stronger and healthier.

You can do either. Our workouts intentionally require minimal equipment so they can be done at home, at the gym, or on the road (hotels or RV’s) as Lon gas you have the necessary equipment.

To begin, you’ll ideally need 2 sets of dumbbells (one heavier for legs, one lighter for shoulders and arms), exercise or yoga mat, a set of resistance tubes with detachable handles and door anchor, and a wide loop / booty band. You can use a chair, ottoman or bench from your house, or purchase an adjustable exercise bench if you prefer. Once you’re a member in the app, we have suggested links to each of these items (all can be purchased on Amazon) but some women have good luck purchasing used items on Facebook marketplace or local yard sales. 

The Total Transformation Program subscription (monthly or yearly) grants you access to all resources within the app during the time that you’re a paying member. This includes personalized planned workout programs or choose-your-own from a workout library, personalized calorie and macro meal plans, recipes, fitness and habit tracking tools, and menopause health-related resources and tools (treatment guides, symptom trackers, etc.).

Our Transformation Program includes access to all of the resources in our app, including calorie and macro plans, meal planning resources, and over 500 delicious and easy to make recipes. You can’t out-train what you eat, so you’ll find that smart nutrition is a cornerstone of our program. We do the thinking and planning for you, all you have to do is follow the plan!

Yes, it will work for you! Meal plans include options for various needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). You can swap recipes and ingredients out anytime. You can log food you’ve eaten even if it’s not in your plan – there is an extensive library of foods and you can scan bar codes from your grocery items to add to your food diary in the app.

Why would you doubt yourself before you even begin? If you follow the program – fitness & nutrition combined – you will see results. Keep in mind that real transformations (fat loss + muscle gain) takes time – typically 8 – 12 weeks to begin to see visible changes. Major transformations can take longer. Transforming your habits is essential to transforming your body and overcoming the effects of menopause. This is an evidence-based program designed for menopause bodies. It will work if you follow the program. We’re here to guide you every step of the way. We can’t WAIT to celebrate your success at every milestone! 

We feel pretty confident you’ll like the program, but yes – you can cancel at any time. Cancelations will take effect on the last day of your current billing cycle, so you won’t be charged for the NEXT cycle (month or year depending on the plan you chose when you signed up). You will continue to have access to the app and content through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds. 

Emphatically, NO! This is an anti-diet, sustainable, lifelong nutrition and fitness system designed to teach you how to eat healthy and in quantities required to power your daily activities. Food is fuel and food is medicine. Food is not something to be “earned” for good behavior nor taken away in an attempt to starve the fat off of your body. Longterm calorie deprivation wreaks havoc on our body, starvation is never the answer.
